We do not offer refunds or returns on sod after delivery. Sod is a perishable product. The purchaser holds full responsibility for proper care before and after installation. Sod cannot be cancelled after the order is filled unless we have another buyer within 1 business day. In the event it is delivered, the purchaser must pay transaction fees, delivery and pick up charges.
